"Dr. Melvin lacks patient management skills. I was in her office, she got up and never said anything left without a word. She never came back, left me hanging with questions, no apology, nothing. She also has a rude nurse, leaving the other nurses to do her work, as patients do not want to deal with her. It's a very unprofessional office."
