"My wife made an appointment for our son at 8:00 am to which I needed to take him in. First one in the parking lot first one to the door at 7:45 am . It was cold so we got back in the truck. 7:50 I look up the parking lot is full 5 families in line needless to say I'm concerned by the time we get out there are 10 families in line the door opens . I notice the staff takes names has people fill out paperwork ..."
