"Please be advised - They utilize a national billing service that supports balance billing. Balance billing is illegal in Illinois. Know your rights and call your insurance to get the correct amounts, it takes nearly a year to get the credit back if you over pay."

"Both the dentist and the hygienist couldn’t have been nicer and both did an amazing job. I had two cavities and one tooth. They made me feel very comfortable, and the procedure did not cause me one bit of pain!"

"The office staff at this office needs to be replaced. Went in Feburary 2023 and got dentures. My insurance said they would be paid for but the office manager argued they don't pay for it so you have to pay up front so we did. Now it is 8/29 and Aspen has been sent the insurance payment 6/9 but claimed at first it was delayed because they were updating their computers. Now the Rockford office is ..."
