"Have contacted office multiple times clerk assured me my refund for dental cleaning would be refunded. My appointment was canceled and I live out of state. It has been several month and still no refund for the service not rendered. Communication with the office is sparatic when I call phone just rings till the message service answers. Initial visit was a horrible experience.
