"I put one star because they do not allow me to put zero stars. They will schedule an appointment, I wait for the scheduled appointment ,no one calls, the next day I called and they charge me for a missed appointment and blame me that I didn’t pick up the phone. "Never use this office! I worked here for 2 and a half years and was let go today for a misunderstood text. The management is terrible and Annabelle Torres did this in front of her son, very unprofessional and wrong to do. No ethics!! Shocked by today!!!!!"

"Completely inept. You can not reach them and they do not call you back. I’ve waited over an hour past the time of appointments to receive their call. I could no longer take the call at that point and they still charged me. Their psychiatrist passed away and it was almost like they kept it a secret. Well, technically, no one ever said anything.
