"I have been going to this office since Dr. B was alive and then Dr. Reed . Then they gave me to a P.A. She has no personality and was terrible. DO NOT GO TO THEM. She never read my chart."

"I put one star because they do not allow me to put zero stars. They will schedule an appointment, I wait for the scheduled appointment ,no one calls, the next day I called and they charge me for a missed appointment and blame me that I didn’t pick up the phone. No one ever called me. I sat and waited for my appointment. They charge me a $20 co-pay for the missed appointment a $95 charge saying ..."

"Completely inept. You can not reach them and they do not call you back. I’ve waited over an hour past the time of appointments to receive their call. I could no longer take the call at that point and they still charged me. Their psychiatrist passed away and it was almost like they kept it a secret. Well, technically, no one ever said anything.
