"No one answers the phone! The only means of contact is to leave a message and IF anyone returns your call it is days later. Can no longer deal with this lapse in patient service. I'm looking for a new pulmonologist."

"Went to doctor with chronic cough and 6mm lung nodule, treated me for allergies. Called back twice for treatment of chronic cough and bronchitis. Nobody answers the phones there. Nobody calls patients back. Impossible to talk to doctor's nurse. They do not treat their patients but lose them in a world of red tape, phones ringing unanswered, waiting room packed, no response to patients' calls. ..."

"I had an appointment with Dr. Davidson as he has great reviews. I took in disks of two CT scans of my lungs a little over two weeks prior to my appointment. I was told to be there at 1 pm to fill out paperwork and for breathing tests. I was a little early, so I went in, and they took me right back. "I have had to events in the last month, both times I contacted the office. They said my Doctors nurse would call. After 3 days I went on to my primary care doctor. The week after Christmas I call and the nurse did called me back yesterday. Said she would get back with me. Its Friday evening, I have a runny Nose for 4 days now. That not cool when your on oxygen."
