"it is august, I have had to call the at least 15-20 times since February to simply order contacts and get a rx for dry eye. my rx, the contacts, my bill have all been messed up. no one follows up, no one calls back. what on earth are they paying people for- oh yes to loudly yawn into the phone while they are talking you and not look up any previous notes to try and help you.
