"Same Here. I brought my son to urgent care at May Fair Road. I was charge $568 for the facility fee on top of the doctor bill and other check. We were in a waiting room and the nurse came to check the blood pressure. The doctor came in and checked my son. We were there for less than half hour. The total bill is a little over $1000. However, half of them is the facility charge. This is Urgent care, ..."

"Daughter went to Ascension Urgent Care because she felt sick and they are in my insurance network. They looked her over, gave her a strep test, and sent her on her way. I received a bill for a facilities charge of $400 from Ascension and then a separate $300 bill from a company called Emergency Medical Specialists for the doctor/nurse because Ascension contracts the medical aspect out. $700 bill ..."
