"I was supposed to have a sleep study on 12/15/24. My prior authorization from Blue Cross/Blue Shield had expired. I was assured that they would submit a new one. However, they failed to give the study date so on 12/13/24 I received a message saying they had canceled the sleep study due to it not being approved. One problem, they should have put Escalated on the form. The sleep lab dropped the ..."
