"On Thu, 3/6/25 I had a dental visit with Shea A. Wilson, Artistic Dentistry, While in the middle of a dental procedure I started to have a panic attack because he was hurting me and the position I was in. The chair position was causing me to have breathing issues (my feet were higher than my head). He was in my mouth with a drill, I raised my finger to signal I needed him to stop so I could sit up. ..."

"I went to artistic dentistry to get a crown put on. The doctor put a temporary crown on that I was instructed to keep on for two weeks. I finally get the permanent crown on by this doctor and it comes off as soon as I get home. I then had to wait another two weeks, without any temporary crown this time, for another permanent crown to arrive, which SHATTERED in my mouth 5 hours after being put on. ..."
