"It is important to remember that rudeness is never acceptable, especially in a medical settling where patients are seeking care and support. The front desk clerk was not aware of the office policy (for walk in patients). She placed me on hold for 15 mins to speak with a rude person " we don't do walk in" she said ( Never identify herself). I encourage the facility to improve their customer service. ..."
