"Listening and comprehension is not their strong point here. I’d go so far as to say there is no empathy as well. I’m also a healthcare provider so I know a bit more than the average person about chronic illness and pathology. This office heard the word “pain” and refused to hear anything else after that. My main issues were everything EXCEPT pain yet I felt completely unheard, unseen and disrespected. ..."

"I had originally been assigned to Dr Michael Allen who left presumably to teach. He said that Dr. Hyuck would be my new physician and he would call me. Eventually I thought it would be a good idea to call. I did and I learned that I did in fact have an appointment. How would I ever know that? I NEVER received any kind of notice of this appointment. "
