"Total incompetence. I arrived at 8:07 for an 8:15 appointment. The took my co-pay and waited 15 minutes and then was informed my appointment was 8:00 which was not true. I was told I would have to reschedule. In addition the competence of the doctor and PA I previously saw were questionable at best. "
