"I was very disappointed in the lack of safety for COVID-19. I was told that there would be no one in the waiting room except me and that I would be taken back to the examination room with no waiting. There were two others in the waiting room and we had to use the same pen to sign in. The update form was too much, should have been updated prior to checking in.
