"I'm scheduled for surgery in less than a month for total hip replacement. I saw on a YouTube video that I shouldn't have dental work 1 month prior to surgery or 6 months post-op! NO ONE TOLD ME THIS! I'm in the middle of getting an implant and 3 crowns! So I called, and Amelia tells me all my questions will be answered at my 2-week appointment before surgery! What! How can I avoid dental work 1 month ..."

"PA Brian spoke so loudly that he could be heard through the closed door. He stated that I had to sign and consent to the 7 part form given to me or hip surgery would BE REFUSED. He showed zero feelings for me as the form stated I could die. After he left, the office person was extremely rude refusing to change LEFT hip to right hip on my form. I'm going to Loma Linda where personal care is valued. ..."
