"Whoever cleaned my teeth murdered my gums. They have NEVER hurt before after a cleaning here or at other dentist offices but this woman was WAY TOO aggressive. My gums are still bleeding today...."

"The dental assistant was extremely friendly and helpful. A+. Dr. Graf was pragmatic, yet efficient. The procedure took less than five minutes. Yet the bill was $74. That seemed excessive. The money and my bill always feel like more of a focus than necessary. I sometimes feel like a source of revenue, not a patient."

"They were twenty minutes late to start. It took 3 techs to do what they needed to do because no one could do it correctly. And worst of all, it was so painful. I've never had so much pain for an x-ray. I will go back to give them a second chance, but my first impression wasn't that great. Staff was friendly and the facility was up to date and nice."
