"Doctor is really great is but whatever goes on behind the scenes is awful they made two appointments for a procedure i have had 2x a year for 12 years and couldn’t get an approval - i just had this procedure with them before my dr left — they never called to tell me this. I had to keep calling and keep calling so I wasted two months in excruciating pain waiting for an appointment that was never gonna ..."
