"Went to urology today for appt. They tried to charge me 208.00 for a test and had the wrong blue cross # had to call the manager ,I said if I walk out I don't have a wrong bill dr goodson needs to fire some workers this is the 2nd time they pulled this on me but it's the last time."

"Horrible communication. Recovery nurse was horrible. I have had multiple surgeries. I know the difference between discomfort and pain. Was discharged in pain. She didn’t want to give me any meds bc I am on pain contract."

"If there was a negative star, that would be the rating for this clinics office manager, receptionists and scheduling staff. Was diagnosed with bladder cancer numerous weeks ago. I was told that I would be scheduled for a follow-up. This has not happened. I have called and left more messages for a return call with no response. DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC!!!"

"Worst communication standards I have ever seen. I have worked in healthcare in various settings for 15+ years and this place takes the cake. They will send you straight to voicemail every time you call. Even the receptionist have voicemail. That was new one for me. They will constantly say they have tried contacting you and left you voicemails but it is a bold faced lie. The receptionists are rude ..."

Initially, I went to their main office but the waits there were ridiculous. 30-45 minutes after my scheduled time is when I would get called back, and then sit in a room for 15-30 more minutes. "The visit is alway fine. The big problem is trying to contact the doctor or his staff. It is very frustrating!!! Every time we had an appointment, it was canceled. We had a biopsy June 9, and were promised the results in 3-5 days. We did not hear from them until my husband and I left over 20 message and all you every get is a voice message. Finally got an answer June 30th. The test results always ..."

"I have been a patient since 2012 and am very confident with my doctor. I’ve have surgery for kidney stones several times and feel like I have had the best care. The office staff is also very helpful when I have had to call for help. My Dr is Dr Bozeman."

"I had a ct scan and it was all clear, but that is not good enough for them. They just want to do more tests. They will not except there own findings. All they want to do is generate revenue. They are not interested in the issue at hand"

"If you intend on going there make sure you get Dr Mooney. Stay away from Dr Bozeman. He makes you wait 4 to 5 hrs in preop even if you tell him you have PTSD and server anxiety. Four times I left because of this.Was kick out for this."
