"If I could leave zero stars, I would. First off, took 3 weeks for the medication needed to actually be called in. Additionally, I have had to wait 4+ days in an ongoing attempt to actually get this normal (non controlled substance) renewed. I have left multiple calls and even had to drive 30 mins to the office to get an actual answer. I will be working with my primary physician to seek specialist ..."

"I have had good service with this clinic but lately I can not get through when I have questions or concerns. I called yesterday around 1:00 and it is 5:00 tonight and still no response. I was sure they would call today. I tried to ask a question on my patient portal and it keeps asking for a location and it will not allow me to type it in. It says no option. I’ll try to call again tomorrow."
