"Dr Grinnen Great! Office response... Not so good, but I guess if the Manager doesn't care, why should her staff ?? Staff is friendly face to face, but the follow up and lack of communication is insanely bad almost every time... Doctor's are aware, but actually don't know why they put up with this ? "

"Large list of big red flags: Doctor Goldman mis-read the MRI radiologist report and stated that I had lesions that were typical of cancer. The report actually said that I did NOT have these lesions. Glad I re-read and understood the report! I called 3 times asking for a call back from the doctor regarding questions I had on an upcoming procedure. Almost 2 weeks went by before he called back. ..."

"Called an canceled appt. then texted them again. They still billed me as a no show. When I cancelled I told the receptionist i would be rescheduling after seeing a neurologist my primary ordered I will not be coming back to them."
