"They don’t return your calls or let you know when your appointment has been cancelled. This has happened to me 3 times; 2 times I showed up for my appointment & they told me they tried to call me to reschedule but there were no missed calls or messages & yes, I verified my number with them. They either have problems with their phone system or they are lying to me. Very good doctors but unreliable ..."
