"I have had exceptional service from Melissa M. Muller, O.D. Dr. Kartchner was awesome and the surgery docs were wonderful . HOWEVER, the wait time for office visits is usually 2 hours + (Unacceptable) and the customer service with the office staff has been off and on (Genny @ check in and Maricela @ check out are always top notch - but others have been very rude and inattentive.
