"I would not recommend this practice for any level of care. The prior authorization system lacks clear communication to the patient. The authorization for treatment can take weeks with no response to a patient's telephone calls or portal messages. The level of "care" is below the minimum. "

"Terrible service. Will not make appointments in person, by phone, or by text system. Will info you you can only make appointments on one day of the week. Cannot see anyone else. Will look you in the eyes and tell you they can't and won't make you an appointment if you are unfortunate enough to work the one day they allow. Good luck."
