"Really like the doctors, but one young lady in the staff is horrible to give you an appointment. Basically, she wants you to wait for next 5 months for your appointment even i see they have available online in next 2 month. Also, right after she gave me an appointment after 5 months. I called to schedule my family, and another lady picked up my call. She gave me month after appointment for my family. ..."

"Love the doctors but the office staff is horrible. You go for your appointment at the correct time but the receptionist states we called because he had to cancel. Showed on your phone that there was no call from them and really doesn't care or states they will inform the person who had called. Wish they could get better office staff and put all the doctors on the list out front. Jefferson needs ..."
