"I called with an urgent message on Tuesday at 1pm regarding my grandfather, a long-time patient, who has a history of serious heart problems among other things. He was having right chest pain since the night before and we wanted to know if Dr. Alfonso could fit him in that day or call him in something or if he needed to go to the urgent care or ER. I hadn't heard anything, so by 5pm I called again ..."

"I have been a long-time patient of this practice and I am very disappointed in the recent experience I had with this office and the way the office manager, Carlo, spoke to my granddaughter. I was having right chest/pectoral pain that kept me up the night before and carried into the next day. I asked my granddaughter to contact Dr. Alfonso's office to see if they could get me in for an appointment ..."
