"Too bad there is no way to give a zero rating. The front office staff called to confirm an appointment the day before the hurricane. They said we are going to be seeing patients, so you need to come in. We confirmed. Then they called back and said they were not going to be seeing patients due to the hurricane and needed to cancel but would call to reschedule. I have called daily for the past 10 days ..."

"You make an appointment to see the Dr. and in comes the PA. You come in for issues you go out the same way with nothing resolved. Left the office still swollen and in pain so went to urgent care that sent me straight to ER. They don't return calls and sell your info to other providers can start harassing you. All they do is take advantage of your insurance. Sat in a room an hour waiting to be seen ..."
