"I was not told until after my son was having his teeth cleaned that he was not on my insurance policy... I feel like that should have been the first thing the receptionist told me when I checked in; since she knew. It would have given me time to correct the issue and reschedule the appointment. Everyone was very nice but I did not appreciate being misled."
