"Front staff for registration and check out are rude and have an unwilling to help attitude. Literally sat there ignored while check-out girls discussed their personal weekend activities for 20 minutes before they acknowledged my presence. "Not impressed. Received a message my appointment was at 240 waited until 320 went up to desk they said the Dr.usually runs behind appointment was at 345. The girl behind the desk never said a word and was not very informative or friendly. I had high hopes going to Concord Surgical .They have a 3 star rating.Nect time I will stay with Laconia I won't have to travel to be ignored sit and wait."
