"I tried to make an appointment by filling out their online form. Their page said they would call me within 2 days. They did not. They finally called on the 23rd day, long after I had given up and looked for someone else."

"Took me 2 months to get an appointment to see Dr Graziano. I take the day off work and takes 2 hrs to get there all to find out that the appointment wasn't scheduled properly. They only scheduled a 20 min time slot instead of a 40 min time slot and said I had to reschedule and there was nothing they can do but take another month to get me rescheduled. ABSOLUTLEY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OFFICE ..."

" had an appointment scheduled at the AAEurlogy Office on Ridgley Ave for Friday, February 16, 2024. At the time I made they appointment the staff asked I bring all the labs, MRI's and x-rat I had obtained to date. I also completed an extensive 11 page Medical History, with all current meds and past medical history. I arrive a half hour early, as requested, but had all the paperwork completed. ..."

"I had such a great patient experience on 07/31/2023. I had to get a cystoscopy done which was performed by Dr. Zhou. Dr. Zhou was so professional, polite and informative. He made sure I was comfortable during the entire time. Also, the nurse who assisted Dr. Zhou, Sylvia was absolutely amazing as well. She was right by my side during the entire thing which made me feel very comfortable. 10/10 recommend ..."

"Very upset !! Had surgery to remove a 2 cm kidney stone and not one time did Dr. Cung who performed the surgery talk to me after the procedure. First time in the many operations I have had that a doctor did not do post op consultation. Really a shame when you leave after a surgery with more questions than answers. Can't describe how I feel right now. "

"Horrible support staff!!! I've been waiting 6 weeks and no response from the scheduling team. Multiple calls and messages and they haven't called me back once. I've left messages for the manager and nothing. I finally made an appointment at Hopkins and they got me right in. Stay away!!!"

"Do not see Dr. Bailey, if she had known what was wrong with me I would have not spent my vacation in the emergency room. Then I drove 2 hours to see her in Annapolis and was 15 minutes late and she would not see me. There was not a single person in the waiting room, but it was a Friday afternoon so I guess she wanted to start her vacation early. The receptionist was busy on the phone discussing taco ..."
