The doctor's office, including his medical assistant and the office manager, Jennifer Newcomb, did not check patients' insurance or do a prior authorization. Dr. Hasan (in-network of my insurance) ordered a test kit to my home, so I followed his direction to finish the test and mail it back. However, I got a bill from a lab and realized that the ..."

"I have been a long time patient of this practice. It USED to be possible to reach a live person on the phone. It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to ANYONE now. I have information to give them but can not, because they WILL NOT answer the phone. If you are considering going to this practice, save yourself a lot of aggravation and select a different provider. This is unacceptable."
