"I have been coming to this facility for over 20 years. I even moved out of the area but still chose to come to Annapolis because they are so good to work with. I have never had any trouble getting through to schedule an appointment. and they are very quick for your appointments, and I never have to wait"

"I was pleasantly greeted and paperwork was completed before my Scan. I received the results the same day. A beautiful clean building located in Annapolis Maryland. Parking garage has easy access to the Sajak Pavilion."

"Issac checked me in for my MRI. He told me my insurance didn't respond to their request for approval. Then, he reached out to his colleagues and asked me to wait in the waiting room. He came out as I was finishing my form and let me know that they were still waiting. After 5 minutes, he told me my insurance was approved and I would be called back soon. He was respectful, honest and caring. A little ..."

"Utter incompetence of the staff. They failed to submit the paperwork in time and refused to own up to their mistakes. They even suggested that we should pay for their mistakes. I do not recommend this office."

"I've had terrible experience since this became Luminus. No one answers the calls and the call just clicks off repeatedly after waiting in a queue for LONG periods. Its wildly inappropriate for a business to the point that I've complained to the both the organization and to my insurance company!!!"

"If I could give you a 0 I would. Does not one answer the phone? It rings and rings and then clicks off and hangs up. I have a suspicious know it in my breast and I cant get a follow up appointment? This is totally crazy to be treated like this. Ever since Luminis has taken over, the quality of service has gone downhill."
