"Called me literally the day before the surgery to tell me they wont do it after having my medical information for at least a week. They did not do as their own site says, "One of our Nurses will call you a few days before your surgery to go over your history again and make sure that we have all needed documents as well as review your pre-op instructions." They did not contact me until the day before ..."
