Look up the lawsuits regarding Annandale Family Medicine/their leadership Darcell Boutelle and Anand Nilakantan and consider the amount of providers/staff that have left the practice since 2025-2026 after Dr. Friedler who previous owned the practice retired."

"They were great for many years, but then my doctor retired, the doctor set to take over his patients abruptly left a couple of months later, and then, on about three days' notice, they moved to Fair Oaks, eight congested miles away! No plan for continuity of care. I couldn't even get a prescription refill handled. They ABANDONED me and many other patients. AVOID! AVOID!"
