"Dr. Fay took me in as an emergency client when nobody else would due to the Corona virus. I had an infected implant, she took care of my infection that had been brewing for 4 months as my implant doctor shut down his practice suddenly. "I arrived at 8:45 for my 9:15 appointment, The receptionist said I have some paperwork for you to fill out. I asked if it was the same paperwork that had been emailed to me and she said "I forgot I email that to you". I gave her my paperwork and had a seat. "I had an appointment for 9:15, I arrived at 8:45, twice I was told they were getting a room ready. Several people came in after me and were taking back. After waiting for an hour I told them I was leaving, the lady told me "well if you don't have anything to do today we can take care of you". Really I'm not going to sit here all day.
