"These people sent me a bill after my procedure saying I had signed a form saying I did not want my 2 insurances, Medicare and Blue Cross, billed. They said I signed it 3 days before my procedure but would not tell me where I was at when I signed it unless I was at the procedure sight which I wasn't 3 days before the procedure and had no reason to be. They refused to bill insurance and threatened me ..."
