"They fail to charge your insurance and next thing you know they want to garnish your wages. What a joke! They should not be in business nor should these so called physicians and anesthesiologist should have a license to operate their fraud. You can't even talk to a representative to resolve the matter but they got all the time in the world to fill your mail box with notices."

"I am not sure they billed my insurance or not. They just sent me one bill and I called them back, nobody could answer me if they billed insurance or not. And then I got a letter from their lawyer."

"The office has billed us incorrectly and despite calls from us, our insurance, and the billing office, the office refuses to correct and resubmit the bills, the office hangs up on us and when they talk they are extremely rude. We are trying to resolve bills from June 2022 service."
