"I am in the same situation with them being out of network at an in network hospital. According to Ohio law "balance billing" in this case is NOT allowed and I am disputing there charges so that they are in line with Medicare and BCBS."

Over several years, whenever I received a service I was billed multiple times for services I did not receive. "Had an anesthesiologist from this company for surgery. Unfortunately the anesthesiologist was out-of-network so I had an out-of-pocket bill to pay. Found out later they had another anesthesiologist on staff who was part of my network. Make sure the anesthesiologist is part of your network before surgery! Don't let Anesthesia Associates of Cincinnati decide without your input."
