"This place would get 0 stars. I went in for the flu and it ended up being Covid. They prescribed a Z pack. I had it sent over to Eureka Way, Rite Aid. Called eureka way hours later, they never received it. Changed it to Palo Cedro Rite Aid so a friend could pick it up for me . They also never received it. Called back the following day. They were closed. Had to call the main location in Anderson. ..."
