"I have been going to this dental practice for 8 years. Received a root canal in 2016 which failed . What is really disheartening is the fact that this practice didn’t even notice after years of X-rays and deep cleanings and other work. This failed root canal resulted in major bone loss causing me to have an extraction, bone graph and implant neither of which Dr. Anderson will reimburse me for. Maybe ..."

"First cleaning I didn't think was great. Cleanings should take longer then 10 mins. My teeth require more scraping and picking that you don't get with the high pressure water pick. Also after several years and complaing of pain in a back molar. .Dr Renner was sending me for a root canal on the wrong tooth. Turns out its an infectiion to another tooth that needs the root canal. "I was able to get the same day! Dr. Renner was extremely helpful and assessed my problem very quickly. I was referred to an endodontist who is seeing me tomorrow morning.
