"Be very cautious with this group. The doctors and nurses are good, but the management is terrible! I have an issue with my digital records that they say are in transition, BUT they are inaccurate! I have now waited 4 business days for the "Boss" to call me back. The management obviously doesn't care about my records enough to even call me back. "I didn't visit, but after talking to two people by phone, neither knew why my medical records on line were not accurate. They were nice and told me the "manager" would call. I'm going to be nice and not mention her name, but she still hasn't called me (it's day 4). I thought they changed when I went in last time, but not so. They are terrible for customer follow-up.
