"Avoid at all costs. Went for a standard visit in October of 2021 with comprehensive health insurance. Paid the copay and did not hear another word about anything until 9/15/2023, when a debt collection agency informed me that a debt of $21.52 had been sent to them for collections as a result of the visit from 2 years prior. No attempt whatsoever was made to inform me of any outstanding balance ..."
