"This business should be investigated for insurance billing irregularities. I am 68 and don’t have dental insurance for 2 years. I found out they attempted to claim my old ins. last year, knowing I did not have one in two years. Also.They abruptly cancelled my patients appointments unless you provide them with an insurance information."

"First visit. I went in for a filling. I had x-rays done and was expecting a cleaning. The dentist here came in to examine me after X-rays. He said I had nerve damage and needed a root canal. I have had fillings for this type of a cavity before. I also have no pain what so ever! I graduated from college as a dental assistant and know when a procedure is needed. I left to find another dentist."

"This was the worst dental experience of my life, and I am 63 years old! First, there was the misdiagnosis, which cost me over $1000 and a heck of a lot of pain. Then this clown had me in to see what he could do to fix the severe pain he put me in. After examining the situation, he explained I would need a root canal and he could do nothing for me, because he could not do it! I left there worse off ..."

"I went to have my tooth pain taken care of, now I am in more pain than before. I had a cap put on , but I never saw the dentist himself. He had an assistant do the job! He did not even check it afterwards. I paid over $1000 to be in more pain than I had before they got ahold of me."

"By far the worst dental practice I have ever been to. I am in the process of filing complaints with the Delaware Division of Professional Regulation. I have worked really hard to have nice teeth, after years of braces and whitening my teeth. I was told I needed a crown on my front tooth due to a crack (that could not be seen with the naked eye, only with a blacklight the provider used). I was assured ..."

"This 1 star review is for the non professional staff. This is not for the dental professionals, only the admin....... When they give you a fee for a procedure, it is inflated.....they do not take the time to look at your ALLOWABLE FOR THE PROCEDURE or Product you are buying.....if they did, I would have gotten the true fee for a CROWN/PREP......THAT IS WHY our insurances use allowables.......then ..."
