"Surgeon provided info gave website address for patient-provided registration info. Apparently that outside service was dropped and no alternative was provided. Phoned ASCWNY twice and left message. Never received a reply. Waited 1 day prior to scheduled surgery for phone call to receive surgery timne. Never received one despite calling and leaving message 3 times. Finally had to call surgeon. ..."
