"My last visit to AltaMed was terrible. What happened to this clinic? To start off, the front-desk. Most of the ladies at the front are extremely rude and unprofessional. I waited about 10+mins to talk to someone while they were on their phones and chit-chatting. Not only do I wait 40+ mins to get my VS taken by the MA (another rude staff member), but I also wait another 30mins to see a HCP who is ..."
