"If I could give negative stars I would do so. Alpharetta Internal Medicine charged me for unauthorized tests for statistical reasons rather than what I made the appointment for, and then they hung up on me when I asked repeatedly to have the charges removed. This is an unethical practice, and customer service doesn't exist."

"I see Dr. Caldwell, and she's is the greatest delight of a physician! Always takes her time to answer all of my questions. And, I love that they have a lab in-house, as well as bone density and heart tests. Super easy to get all done in one location."

"I would rank these people a -10 if I could. Dr Holbrook and his staff are unprofessional and treat his patients like you are at a drive through. Also incorrectly code things sent to the insurance company so you are billed for covered services. Then when you try to work out payments they send you to collections and add fees and wont allow you to negotiate or work with you and even if you pay them ..."
