"They are a fine practice unless you need preauthorization for any prescription medication. I have been trying for over a month to get the office to send required information to my insurance company for them to approve a medication. I have left messages through the app, voicemails, and I even scheduled an appointment to go in and speak to the NP. Nothing seems to work to get them to send in the ..."
