"A complete nightmare administratively. Though Dr. Tanisira is nice, there’s no confidence his orders ever get followed through with. The staff drops the ball again and again. Expected to wait at least an hour at least in the Wailuku Clinic. Oh, and if you ever miss an appointment? They are merciless with a $50 fee before they will ever speak to you again. I’m done."
