"I went to the clinic who I have a very good doctor Dr oyster but she wasn't available so I had to see a nurse practitioner named Janet Kamenge. I've had a very bad call from coughing up bad mucus so I was sent to get a chest x-ray. When I got home I looked at my chart and the chest x-ray report.
