"Dr. Manny obviously is a good doctor medically speaking. However he needs to work on his patient and interpersonal skills! I offered to give him background as to the purpose of my visit. His reply was " ok but be brief about it". Not the reply that I expected or appreciated."

"While all the physicians have terrific reviews this has to be the most incompetently run medical practice in Greensboro. My physician sent in a referral the end of December.... today is February 2! No response.. no call back. I followed up and have called 4 times in the last 9 days... nothing!! My physician's office called again last week... they used the "doctor" line and were still on hold for ..."
