"Dr. Boden is a good person to talk very helpful, however some of his staff have the bedside manner of say a melting ice cube! The staff it seens take lunch for 1.5 hours daily all at the same time. When they are at lunch they do not answer the phone or answer people knocking at the door. It seems more productive to stagger the lunch so that al least someone is at the desk answering the phone. ..."
